When users visit Storeep, certain information is automatically collected about their device, including web browser details, IP address, time zone, and cookies. Additionally, as users browse, information about viewed pages or products, referring websites, and interactions with the Platform is collected.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use collected information to:

Protection of Personal Data
By personal data, Storeep means all information disclosed by Users as natural persons, whatever their nature, such as their names, first names, emails, phone numbers, region, province and commune, ID card number, photos, and images, allowing them to be identified directly or indirectly, whether provided voluntarily by them or collected as part of their navigation on the Site.
The personal data that Storeep may collect is exclusively intended for entities in charge of internal communication, external communication, subsidiaries, and partners of Storeep and/or any organization or authority authorized to receive this data as part of a legal or regulatory obligation to allow the User to benefit from the services offered by the Site.
Any personal data that the User may transmit to Storeep is subject to the provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
No personal information about the User is transferred to third parties or used for purposes not provided for.
Users of the Site must comply with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data. To do so, they must refrain from any collection, capture, distortion, or use of the information to which they have access and, in general, from any act likely to infringe on the privacy of individuals.
In accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, the User has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete personal data concerning them, which Storeep may be required to collect, by contacting us at any time on support@storeep.com
Google API Services Disclosure
Storeep uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the Storeep platform (i.e. use of your Gmail account to login to the Storeep platform), and to connect to Google Sheet, create a sheet file and be able to modify it in advance.
Storeep use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Types of Data Collected with Google API Services
The information collected and used with these API services includes personal data such as email addresses, accountRefreshToken (access token) to access google sheets, adding and modifying lines. Storeep does use certain scopes to send email’s on behalf of our users and we also use scopes to read the email address from the users account, create new sheet file and editing data on it.
“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your email address. We collect, use, and store Personal Data, as described within the practices below.
Use of Google API Services Data
Your Google information is used by our system developers to provide or improve user-facing page that are prominent to your user experience. Storeep policies and procedures define requirements that prohibit the unauthorized use of data within the platform.
In order to perform improvement to the platform, developers may need to share your information with other development team members; however, Storeep policies require that this type of sharing only be performed when (a) necessary to provide or improve user-facing page that are prominent from the requesting app’s user interface, (b) to comply with applicable laws, or (c) a part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of Storeep. All other transfers or sales of user data are completely prohibited.
Developers are never allowed to use or transfer restricted scope data to serve users advertisements. This includes personalized, re-targeted and interest-based advertising.
Storeep does not share any personal information with AI models, Storeep uses OpenAI models to create product elements without using any users' personal information.
Do Not Track
We do not alter data collection practices based on Do Not Track signals from browsers.
Your Rights
Everyone have rights to access, correct, update, or delete personal information. For assistance with these rights or privacy inquiries, users can contact us.
Data Retention
Order Information is retained unless users request deletion or as required by law.
Use of Google Workspace APIs
We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Changes to Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
