    You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Storeep account. You must ensure that your account is used in accordance with these Terms. Storeep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use of our terms of use.

  5. Payment Services, Visa/MasterCard Account, and Bank or Credit Card


    Storeep offers a variety of payment solutions to meet the needs of merchants and their customers. You can integrate payment services such as PayPal, Stripe or Paddle into your online store, facilitating secure and efficient transactions.

  6. Configuration of Payment Services


    To use these payment services, you must properly configure your account. You are informed that the activation of payment services is your responsibility as the account holder. If you wish to disable these services, you can do that easely from your settings.

  7. Compliance and Transaction Security


    Storeep is committed to offering payment solutions that comply with the highest security standards. We use advanced encryption protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure the confidentiality of transactions. By using our payment services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention.

Domain Names

When creating your online store on Storeep, you have the option to choose a custom subdomain name for your store. You can either use a subdomain provided by Storeep or link your own domain names.


Storeep allows the account holder to access subdomain features under the "storeep.com" domain for their store, which they can customize and share with their customers using the format: store.storeep.com.


The choice and management of your domain name are your responsibility. Storeep can assist you in the configuration, but cannot be held responsible for issues related to the registration or management of your domain name.

General Provisions

The following provisions govern the use of the Storeep platform and constitute a binding agreement between the user and Storeep. By accessing our platform and using our services, the user accepts these conditions in their entirety.

  1. Legal Use


    The user agrees to use the Storeep platform in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. It is prohibited to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

  2. User Responsibility and Intellectual Property


    The user is responsible for all activities conducted under their Storeep account, including the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of login credentials. All content on the Storeep platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and features, is protected by intellectual property rights. The user agrees to respect these rights and not to use the content in an unauthorized manner.

  3. Modification of the Terms


    Storeep reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of modifications through notifications on the platform or by email. By continuing to use our services after the Terms have been modified, the user accepts the new Terms.

  4. Limitation of Liability


    Storeep strives to provide quality services but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We disclaim any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform. The user acknowledges that Storeep will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of profits, reputation, or data. Storeep does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of the service results and disclaims any responsibility for the actions of store owners. However, Storeep is committed to providing information to help resolve potential issues. Storeep disclaims any responsibility in case of disclaimer, falsification, or fraud committed by a store owner (user). Additionally, Storeep is not responsible for non-sale, non-delivery, or non-reimbursement of products or money. The responsibility for these actions lies entirely with the store owner (user).

  5. Termination


    Storeep reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Storeep, without prior notice or liability.

Waiver and Entire Agreement

By accepting these Terms of Use, the user acknowledges having read and understood all the provisions contained in this document. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will only be valid if expressly consented to in writing by Storeep. No failure or delay by Storeep in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Storeep regarding the use of the Storeep platform and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements between the parties regarding this subject.

Intellectual Property and User Content

All content on the Storeep platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and features, is protected by intellectual property rights. The user retains all rights to the content they submit or upload to the Storeep platform. However, by submitting content on the platform, the user grants Storeep a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with the provision of services offered by Storeep. By granting this license, the user warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content and that they have the right to grant Storeep the aforementioned rights without violating intellectual property rights or third-party rights. Storeep respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to removing any content that infringes these rights as soon as it is notified. Furthermore, Storeep may also generate content from the information provided by the user, such as data analytics or aggregated statistical reports. In this case, Storeep retains the intellectual property rights to this generated content but is committed to using this information anonymously and confidentially, in accordance with its privacy policy.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Storeep platform, including but not limited to product descriptions, images, videos, and store logos. By submitting content to Storeep, you grant Storeep a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing, promoting, and improving the services offered by Storeep.

  1. They hold all necessary rights to the content uploaded.

  2. The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

  3. They have the legal right to grant Storeep the licenses stated above without violating third-party rights or applicable laws.

It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that the content they submit or upload complies with all applicable intellectual property laws. Storeep will not be held liable for any content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights. Users agree to indemnify Storeep against any claims or damages resulting from intellectual property infringement caused by their content.

Storeep respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to removing any content that infringes on these rights upon receiving a valid and properly formatted takedown notice (e.g., under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)). If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed by a user of the Storeep platform, please notify Storeep immediately with the following information:

Storeep will promptly review the claim and may remove or disable access to the infringing content. Repeated infringements by a user may result in account suspension or termination.

Fees

Registration on the site and access to the offered services are free. The user is charged 0.2% of each sale made on the platform in case of plan basic. The user must fund their account as they go to pay the fees and avoid any account suspension.

Account Cancellation or Termination

The user may cancel their account on Storeep at any time by following the unsubscribe procedures available on the platform. Any account cancellation will result in the deletion of data associated with.
